Facilities Supervisor

About the role

Namaa is a tech‑enabled urban infrastructure company operating across the Middle East. The Facilities Supervisor will coordinate daily facilities and maintenance activities across multiple sites, acting as the primary liaison between operations teams, technicians, vendors and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day facilities and maintenance activities across all sites.
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholder communications.
• Receive maintenance calls, dispatch technicians promptly, and ensure issues are resolved.
• Track, follow up and manage work orders, vendor interactions and subcontractor performance.
• Maintain payment trackers and financial reports to monitor maintenance expenses and vendor invoices.
• Balance field‑based site visits with office administrative tasks, ensuring an agile workflow.
• Log, track and close work items using computer‑based task‑management tools.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in facilities coordination, maintenance coordination or a similar role.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Proven ability to manage multiple work orders, technicians, vendors and subcontractors simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and follow‑up abilities for both field and administrative responsibilities.
• Ability to read and understand site layouts and basic facility plans.
• Willingness to provide on‑call support and respond to urgent facilities‑related issues.
