Electrical Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead the electrical maintenance team at our Kuwait operations. The role involves overseeing maintenance activities for critical oil‑and‑gas equipment, ensuring reliability and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue periodic maintenance and progress reports.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical maintenance personnel.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment, preventive maintenance, and resources.
• Monitor work orders to ensure correct logging of manpower, materials, failures, and activities.
• Track maintenance activities and report on manpower, spare parts, and resource utilization.
• Support effective planning and execution of electrical maintenance tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years supervisory experience in gas turbine, gas compressor, pump or related electrical equipment maintenance in the oil & gas sector, OR a Diploma with at least 10 years supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance, preventive maintenance and work‑order management.
• Proven experience maintaining maintenance records and equipment history.
• Excellent leadership, reporting, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
