Engineering Pre‑Sales Project Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an Engineering Pre‑Sales Coordinator to support tendering and proposal activities for ELV, CCTV, power, electrical and infrastructure projects in Kuwait.

Key responsibilities

• Review tender specifications and engineering requirements.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, compliance sheets and technical proposals.
• Handle tenders related to ELV, CCTV, Access Control, UPS, batteries, generators and data‑center infrastructure.
• Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for technical and commercial offers.
• Ensure compliance with customer and tender requirements.
• Support project planning, coordination and documentation.
• Maintain tender schedules and submission deadlines.
• Assist the Enterprise Manager in business development and opportunity tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics or a related engineering field.
• 3–5 years of experience in engineering tendering or pre‑sales.
• Knowledge of ELV, power and infrastructure solutions.
