Enterprise Platform Engineer – BSS

About the role

The Enterprise Platform Engineer will be responsible for maintaining Business Support System (BSS) platforms, ensuring they remain highly available, reliable, and performant. This role requires proactive monitoring, issue resolution, and close collaboration with development and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain BSS platforms, handling upgrades, patches, and configurations.
• Monitor system performance, identify potential issues early, and implement corrective actions.
• Work with developers and analysts to design and implement integration solutions.
• Participate in development, testing, and rollout of new features and enhancements.
• Lead BSS‑related projects, defining scope, requirements, and deliverables while tracking progress.
• Conduct training sessions, create user manuals, FAQs, and provide ongoing user support.
• Ensure data integrity, generate performance reports, and analyze trends for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
