ERP Governance & Operations Specialist – Kuwait

About the role

The ERP Governance & Operations Specialist will lead and optimise ERP processes across manufacturing, inventory, warehousing, finance and supply‑chain functions. You will ensure the ERP system is fully leveraged, reduce reliance on spreadsheets and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and optimise ERP operational processes across all core business areas.
• Manage ERP governance policies, workflows and approval structures.
• Drive master data clean‑up, restructuring and standardisation.
• Improve inventory structure, item coding and process flow.
• Review and optimise BOM and UOM structures within the ERP.
• Develop and maintain ERP reports, dashboards and operational analytics.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors, consultants and internal teams to enhance system performance.
• Support manufacturing ERP integration and process optimisation.
• Manage ERP user permissions and ensure compliance with governance policies.
• Conduct ERP user training and improve system adoption.
• Prepare SOPs and technical documentation related to ERP processes.
• Participate in ERP implementation, restructuring or migration projects as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Information Systems, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP operations, consulting, manufacturing systems or ERP governance.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing ERP environments, inventory control and operational workflows.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (reading & writing).
• Experience in the food manufacturing industry is an advantage.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems such as Focus ERP, Odoo, Dynamics 365 or ERPNext.
• Master data management, BOM management and UOM governance.
• Advanced reporting and dashboard development.
• Inventory control and manufacturing ERP processes.

• Salary range: 600 – 1200 KWD (based on experience and expertise).
