Experienced Audit Associate – Assurance (Kuwait)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking an Experienced Associate to join its Audit & Assurance team in Kuwait. You will work on delivering high‑quality audits, applying professional judgment, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of applicable accounting standards and perform risk assessment procedures.
• Deliver high‑quality audit engagements using Deloitte’s global audit methodology and tools.
• Formulate reasonable judgments and conclusions to produce timely and informative audit outputs.
• Ensure compliance with auditing and accounting standards, local laws, ethical requirements, and quality‑control procedures.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Auditing or a related field with strong academic credentials.
• 2‑3 years of experience in accounting, auditing or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem‑solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English (reading, speaking, writing); bilingual Arabic candidates are preferred.
