Facilities Manager

About the role

The Facilities Manager will oversee a diversified property portfolio that includes residential, commercial, industrial and private assets in Kuwait. The role ensures properties are well‑maintained, compliant with all statutory regulations, and operate efficiently while managing budgets, vendor contracts and tenant/owner relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end operations of a multi‑sector property portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with Kuwait municipal regulations, tenancy law and fire‑safety standards.
• Negotiate, monitor and enforce service contracts, SLAs and vendor performance for MEP, security, cleaning, landscaping and other services.
• Prepare, control and track operating budgets, service charges and expenditures.
• Maintain strong stakeholder communication and resolve operational issues independently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 8–10 years of property/facility management experience across multiple asset classes.
• Proven experience managing residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality or private properties.
• Familiarity with Kuwait municipal regulations, tenancy law and fire‑safety compliance.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Valid Kuwait driving licence.
