Property Manager

About the role

The Property Manager will support V2X's WEXMAC program in Kuwait, overseeing the full life‑cycle of government‑furnished and company‑acquired property. Reporting to the HQ Government Property Director and Task Order Manager, the role ensures compliance with FAR Clause 52.245‑1, AR 735‑5, and Vectrus Property Management Plan.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ten life‑cycle outcomes of property management for the V2X program.
• Maintain fiduciary accounts with the Theater Property and Installation Property Book Office.
• Coordinate property and materiel transfers in line with AR 735‑5.
• Provide transparent audit support and timely responses to agency requests.
• Develop, recommend, and implement property administration policies.
• Train and mentor staff on government regulations and property accountability.
• Ensure 100% accountability of Government Furnished Property (GFP) and Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) using Maximo and Army Supply System tools.
• Prepare routine, monthly, special, and annual reports for the government.
• Maintain an IUID registry for all assets meeting government requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 72 months (6 years) of property management experience.
• Knowledge of FAR DFAR’s AR’s, FAR Clause 52.245‑1, and AR 735‑5.
• Experience with fiduciary account management and audit liaison.
• Ability to train and mentor personnel on property regulations.
