Industrial Painter – Full-time (Salmiya)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Painter to join our team in Salmiya on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will work on industrial and commercial projects, preparing surfaces and applying high-quality finishes in line with project specifications and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, sand, and prime surfaces to ensure optimal adhesion.
• Mix and match paint colors and apply coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Protect surrounding areas with coverings and masking to prevent overspray.
• Inspect completed work, perform touch-ups, and guarantee a uniform finish.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and material inventory in good condition.
• Collaborate with team members and adhere to project deadlines.

Required profile

• Prior experience as a Painter, preferably in industrial, commercial or oil & gas environments.
• Ability to read and follow basic instructions, work orders or drawings.
• Physical capability to stand, bend, lift and work at heights for extended periods.
• Commitment to safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment.

Required skills

• Painting and decorating techniques, including surface preparation and masking.
• Spray painting and safe operation of spray equipment.
• Knowledge of different paint and coating types and proper mixing methods.
