Facility Maintenance & Repair Supervisor

About the role

The Facility Maintenance & Repair Supervisor will lead daily maintenance operations for the Main Communications Facility (MCF) at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, supporting the LCV contract. This role ensures safe, reliable, and compliant operation of critical infrastructure, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, access control, CCTV, power generation, and fire protection systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational guidance to facility staff and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs, evaluate work requests, set priorities, and assign tasks.
• Prepare daily and monthly work schedules, maintain maintenance records, and generate reports on safety, quality, and maintenance performance.
• Coordinate with ASG‑KU DPW and the Communications Battalion to align maintenance activities.
• Supervise subcontractor performance, manage human‑resource matters, and foster an inclusive, ethical work environment.
• Conduct training on life‑safety‑health programs and mentor team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7‑10 years of facilities maintenance experience, including 3‑5 years with Johnson Controls Metasys Building Management Systems.
• 5‑7 years planning, laying out, and installing electrical distribution in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Hands‑on experience with electrical circuits, power cables, controls, and motors.
