Facility Manager

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to lead the operation, maintenance, and safety of our facilities in Kuwait. The role ensures efficient building performance while complying with all regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily facility operations and routine maintenance.
- Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
- Supervise maintenance teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulations.
- Administer maintenance budgets and service contracts.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and facility improvement projects.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of facilities management experience.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Technical understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
