Senior Architect

About the role

The Senior Architect will join Archi Zone’s design team in Kuwait City, leading the creation of high‑quality architectural solutions from concept to detailed documentation. This full‑time position focuses on delivering precise, efficient designs while ensuring compliance with local codes and project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design development from initial concept through detailed construction drawings.
• Coordinate design efforts with engineering, fit‑out and construction teams.
• Review and refine design proposals, prepare technical documentation, and ensure compliance with Kuwaiti codes, regulations and safety standards.
• Manage project timelines, guide junior architects, and support project managers.
• Participate in client and stakeholder meetings, addressing design and site‑related challenges.

Required profile

• Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Architecture or a closely related field.
• Proven experience leading complex building projects, preferably in the Gulf region.
• Strong understanding of the integration between architectural design, engineering, fit‑out and construction disciplines.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and clients.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CAD/BIM software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience with design visualization tools.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and digital project coordination.
