Fashion Designer & Product Developer

About the role

We are seeking a creative Fashion Designer & Product Developer to lead the creation of new collections from concept through final production. The role involves translating trend research into design concepts, preparing detailed technical documentation, and overseeing the manufacturing process to ensure brand consistency and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Research fashion trends and generate fresh collection ideas.
• Design garments, produce sketches, select colorways and fabrics.
• Prepare comprehensive tech packs and production specifications for factories.
• Source fabrics, trims, and suitable manufacturers.
• Communicate directly with factories and suppliers to manage samples, fittings, and approvals.
• Oversee each design from concept through sampling to final production.
• Ensure quality, fit, finishing, and brand consistency.
• Develop existing products based on trends, customer feedback, and sales performance.
• Work within target costs and production timelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fashion design and product development.
• Strong understanding of fabrics, garment construction, fitting, and production processes.
• Experience preparing tech packs and collaborating with manufacturers.
• Creative, trend‑aware, organized and detail‑oriented.
