Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong portfolio that showcases illustrative design, typography, and experience across digital and print media. This role supports talent engagement activities and brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing and management to develop creative concepts for talent engagement initiatives.
• Deliver design projects on time, adhering to specifications and quality standards.
• Consult and advise internal teams and external partners on creative solutions.
• Apply and evolve brand guidelines across all departments.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Immediate availability and a transferable visa (type 18).
• Strong knowledge of the Kuwait market and culture.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (reading, writing, speaking).
• Portfolio demonstrating illustrative design, typography, and both digital and print work.
