Field Service Representative

About the role

CGI is seeking a Field Service Representative to provide on‑site fielding, training, and technical support for PL AMIS products in Kuwait. The role involves direct interaction with warfighters and logistics units, ensuring successful deployment of transportation automation tools.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver fielding, training, and technical support for Unit Move, SA/DBA, and TOPS systems.
• Conduct classroom, workshop, and computer‑based training on TC‑AIMS II and TOPS for warfighters.
• Install and synchronize TC‑AIMS II software on standalone systems.
• Map, calibrate, and operate Military Shipping Label (MSL) printers.
• Serve as SME for TIPS Write, National RF‑ITV Tracking Portal, and JECD.
• Perform QA/QC reviews of unit deployment equipment lists.
• Write RFID tags to equipment using TIPS Write and support RF‑ITV functions.
• Provide customer support for equipment movement between home stations and theater.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation automation, or deployment operations.
• Familiarity with DoD deployment processes and transportation documentation.
• Ability to train personnel in both classroom and field environments.
• US citizenship with an active Secret clearance.
