Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead our Finance and Accounting department in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding the organization’s financial health, ensuring compliance with standards, and aligning financial activities with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all finance and accounting functions, including financial planning, budgeting, reporting and treasury.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal financial policies.
• Drive process efficiency and implement best practices across the finance function.
• Collaborate with business units to support strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (Master’s degree advantageous).
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CMA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in finance roles within FMCG, food & beverage, retail or hospitality sectors.
• Kuwaiti citizenship is mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Unisfost Systems.
• Experience using Oracle financial applications.
• Knowledge of MS Dynamics 35.
