Financial Analyst

About the role

The Finance team is looking for a proactive Financial Analyst to deliver clear, accurate and insightful business and financial analysis. You will support business planning, forecasting and ad‑hoc reporting while partnering with managers across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and analyse the company’s value drivers and key performance indicators.
• Develop analytics for business performance, balanced scorecards, budgets, forecasts, market and revenue trends, promotions, pricing and capital expenditure approvals.
• Prepare monthly reports that highlight ongoing and emerging trends for senior management.
• Support business planning and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with business managers, providing high‑quality analysis and decision‑support.

Required profile

• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, CMA, MBA or equivalent.
• 1‑3 years of post‑qualification experience in finance.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify and interpret business drivers.
• Good knowledge of financial and management accounting concepts.
• Self‑starter, results‑driven and comfortable working in multicultural, cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.

• Experience with ERP systems (preferred).
