Financial Analyst

About the role

The Finance team is looking for a Financial Analyst to provide clear, accurate, and insightful business and financial analysis. You will support business planning, project work, and ad‑hoc reporting, helping managers make data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Understand the company’s value drivers and build analytics around key performance indicators.
• Analyse business performance, balance scorecards, budgets, forecasts, market and revenue trends, promotions, pricing, capital expenditures, cash flow, working capital, cost levels, and customer profitability.
• Prepare monthly reports that highlight ongoing and emerging trends for senior management.
• Support business planning and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with business managers, delivering high‑quality analysis and building trusted partnerships.

Required profile

• Professional qualification – CA, CPA, CMA, MBA or equivalent.
• 1‑3 years of post‑qualification experience in finance.
• Strong analytical ability to identify and interpret key business drivers.
• Good knowledge of financial and management accounting concepts.
• Self‑starter, comfortable working across functions and in teams.
• Positive attitude and flexibility to work in a multicultural environment.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
