Financial Analyst

About the role

The finance team is looking for a Financial Analyst to provide clear, accurate, and insightful business and financial analysis. The role will support business planning, project work, and specialist ad‑hoc reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Build an understanding of the business value drivers and create analytics around key performance indicators.
• Develop reports on business performance, balanced scorecard, budgets, forecasts, market and revenue analysis, promotions, pricing, and capital expenditure approvals.
• Analyse cash flow, working capital, cost levels and customer profitability.
• Provide clear analysis for monthly management reports to highlight trends.
• Support business planning and forecasting processes and liaise with business managers.

Required profile

• Professional qualification – CA, CPA, CMA, MBA or equivalent.
• 1‑3 years of post‑qualification finance experience.
• Strong analytical ability to identify and interpret key business drivers.
• Good knowledge of financial and management accounting concepts.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
