Full/Associate/Assistant Professor of Marketing

About the role

The School of Business at the American International University in Kuwait seeks a full‑time faculty member in Marketing. The appointment can be at the rank of Full Professor, Associate Professor, or Assistant Professor, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and experience. The successful academic will contribute to undergraduate teaching, curriculum innovation, and scholarly activity within a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate Marketing courses and supervise senior projects.
• Develop and deliver technology‑enhanced curricula using AI tools and interactive learning platforms.
• Update course content to reflect current industry standards and accreditation requirements.
• Provide academic advising, mentorship, and support to students.
• Participate in program assessment, accreditation, and quality‑assurance activities.

Required profile

• PhD in Marketing or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the university level.
• Active research or creative practice record in Marketing.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, multicultural academic community.
