GFEBS On‑Site Support Subject Matter Expert

About the role

Quattro Consulting is looking for a GFEBS On‑Site Support Subject Matter Expert to provide expert guidance and technical assistance to Department of Defense financial management users within the US Army Central Command (USARCENT) area of responsibility. The SME will deliver training, troubleshoot system issues, and drive process improvements across a wide range of financial functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate GFEBS workshops and one‑on‑one coaching for users of all skill levels.
• Provide Level II help‑desk support, escalating complex inquiries and documenting resolutions.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve interface problems with systems such as LMP, GPC‑AXOL, SPS, GCSS‑A, and ATAAPs.
• Assist the ARCENT Performance Metrics team with alternative performance measures, trend analysis, and reporting.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures and process‑improvement recommendations.
• Support business intelligence, reporting, and data‑query needs using Business Objects and Web Intelligence.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with GFEBS and related DoD financial systems.
• Proven ability to deliver training and technical support in a defense or federal environment.
• Strong analytical skills for process improvement and performance‑metric analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with end‑users and stakeholders.
