Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands and needs a Growth Marketer to drive brand awareness, lead generation and customer acquisition. This is a hands‑on, entrepreneurial position where you will own growth experiments across multiple channels and work directly with the founder on positioning and messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or several growth channels end‑to‑end, from strategy to execution and performance reporting.
• Generate leads and drive sign‑ups through paid ads, SEO, outbound outreach, referrals and other tactics.
• Design, run and iterate rapid experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels and offers.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting, automation and speed.
• Build high‑converting landing pages and funnels, continuously optimizing conversion metrics.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on messaging, positioning and next growth priorities.
• Track all metrics, analyse data and communicate clear insights about what works.

Required profile

• Fast learner who can quickly pick up new channels or tools.
• Strong hunger to become an expert growth marketer.
• AI‑savvy and comfortable using modern automation and analytics tools.
• Scrappy, self‑directed and able to work without detailed instructions.
• Analytical mindset with confidence in data attribution and insight‑driven action.
