About the role
The Guest Experience Expert ensures every guest enjoys a smooth, memorable stay from check‑in through check‑out. Working at a Marriott property in Kuwait City, you will be the face of the hotel, guiding guests and delivering personalized service.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a memorable guest experience throughout check‑in, stay and check‑out.
- Process operational tasks, respond to guest requests, and complete daily reports.
- Provide local area information and promote hotel services.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment and adhere to company policies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
- Professional appearance and communication skills.
Required skills
- Physical stamina for extended periods of standing and moving.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects up to 10 lb unaided.
