About the role
A Lebanese cuisine restaurant in Kuwait is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager. The role involves supporting daily restaurant operations and assisting with management activities to ensure smooth service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service flow and high guest satisfaction.
- Support management activities such as staff coordination, scheduling, and inventory oversight to maintain operational standards.
Required profile
- Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality position.
- Relevant restaurant or hospitality experience, demonstrating familiarity with kitchen and floor operations.
- Must currently be based in Kuwait and hold a valid transferable residency permit.
- Good leadership and communication skills to effectively manage staff and interact with guests.
