HR & Admin Executive – Immediate Hire in Kuwait

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR & Admin Executive to join our growing team in Kuwait. The role combines core human‑resources functions with day‑to‑day administrative responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with local labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.
• Coordinate attendance, leave management, and HR reporting.
• Support payroll preparation and related documentation.
• Handle visa processing, residency renewals, and other government procedures.
• Ensure company policies comply with Kuwait labour law.
• Oversee office administration, procurement, and facility activities.
• Liaise with government authorities, service providers, and external stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support to management and various departments.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of relevant HR and administration experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Kuwait Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Experience in employee relations, recruitment and administrative tasks.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
