HR Operations Intern

About the role

Join Keeta’s HR Operations team as an intern and gain hands‑on experience across the employee lifecycle. You will support migration, visa coordination, onboarding, and day‑to‑day HR operations for a fast‑growing business in Kuwait.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with employee migration activities, tracking visa progress, collecting documents, and updating employee status.
• Guide employees through document submission processes and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding, preparing HR letters, maintaining trackers, and organizing confidential employee files.
• Provide daily HR operational support, address urgent requests, and contribute to process‑improvement projects.
• Respond to basic employee queries, escalating complex issues when necessary.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, handling confidential information professionally.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
