Key responsibilities
- Conduct daily site safety inspections.
- Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts.
- Monitor PPE compliance.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Monitor workers and contractors for compliance with HSE procedures.
- Report incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions.
- Assist with risk assessments and safety documentation.
- Monitor permits and safe work practices.
- Maintain HSE inspection and incident records.
- Support the HSE Supervisor in implementing corrective actions.
Required profile
- Diploma/Degree.
- 3–5 years HSE experience.
- Experience in Facility Management, Construction, MEP, Engineering or similar industries.
- IOSH / OSHA / NEBOSH certifications.
- Kuwaiti Driving License is an added advantage.
