I&C Technical Sales Manager

About the role

The I&C Technical Sales Manager will lead and expand the Instrumentation & Control (I&C) division, driving business growth across oil & gas, petrochemical, power and other industrial sectors. This senior position focuses on generating profitable projects, building strong market relationships, and ensuring high‑quality execution from award to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the I&C division’s marketing and sales strategy.
• Generate new business and secure profitable I&C projects.
• Establish and nurture relationships with KPC companies, contractors, consultants, OEMs and industrial clients.
• Lead technical and commercial proposals, tenders and negotiations.
• Build and scale the project team according to workload and secured contracts.
• Oversee projects from award through execution, commissioning and handover.
• Control costs, manpower and resources to maintain profitability.
• Ensure disciplined, professional and high‑quality execution of all activities.

Required profile

• Strong background in instrumentation and automation.
• Extensive experience in the Kuwait oil & gas and industrial market.
• Proven track record in sales, business development and project execution.
• Deep knowledge of instrumentation, PLC, DCS, SCADA and control systems.
• Established market relationships and ability to generate new business.
• Commercial mindset with strong leadership capabilities.
• High integrity, discipline, accountability and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to own the division’s growth and long‑term success.
