IT Project Manager

About the role

The IT Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end software development projects across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You will ensure high‑quality solutions are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead software development projects from initiation through deployment and post‑implementation support.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, risk and issue registers, and communication plans.
• Manage projects using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, ensuring effective governance and change control.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, Infrastructure teams, and third‑party vendors to define and deliver requirements.
• Coordinate software releases, system integrations, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployments, and transition to operational support.
• Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture, security, integration, and quality standards, including ISO/IEC 25010 where applicable.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end software development projects.
• Strong ability to work with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Familiarity with risk management, issue resolution, and continuous monitoring.
