Junior HSE Trainer (Full‑Time)

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Junior HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) Trainer to join our team in Fahaheel, Kuwait. The role involves delivering HSE training programs to staff and supporting the development of a strong safety culture.
Key responsibilities
- Design, prepare and deliver HSE training sessions for employees.
- Assess training needs and update curriculum accordingly.
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Assist senior HSE staff in conducting safety audits and inspections.
- Provide feedback and coaching to improve safety performance.
Required profile
- Diploma, BTech or BSc in a relevant field.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Enthusiasm for health, safety and environmental topics.
