Laboratory Technician

About the role

Anton Oilfield Services Group is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join its On Sync Energy Management Services team in Kuwait. The role involves supporting oil‑field technical services by conducting chemical analysis of oil, gas, water and process samples.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, prepare and test laboratory samples following established procedures.
• Perform chemical testing and analysis of oil, gas, water and process streams.
• Provide technical support for laboratory testing activities and ensure accurate reporting.
• Analyze results, prepare technical reports and present findings to senior personnel.
• Conduct laboratory risk assessments and adhere to safe working practices.
• Maintain laboratory inventory, equipment and order required materials.

Required profile

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in chemical experiments, testing and analysis within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or Refining environments.
• Proven experience in oil and gas analysis, water quality testing and chemical preparation.
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good understanding of laboratory procedures, risk assessment and safety practices.
