Learning & Development Officer

About the role

The Learning & Development Officer will support ABYAT’s talent growth by delivering instructor‑led and digital training, on‑the‑job coaching, and effective knowledge transfer. This role ensures that learning initiatives are aligned with business needs and contribute to the company’s performance objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop training programs that match organizational goals.
• Create and update training materials, manuals, and presentations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align learning initiatives with operational requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions using engaging delivery methods.
• Provide on‑the‑job coaching to reinforce learning and improve performance.
• Coordinate training logistics, scheduling, and communication.
• Identify capability gaps through assessments, feedback, and performance data.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Manage digital learning content on the LMS and ensure accessibility.
• Track training completion, generate reports, and monitor learning metrics.
• Analyze learning data to support decision‑making and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to competency frameworks, career pathing, and succession planning.
