Logistics Assistant – Kuwait

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and organized Logistics Assistant to support our daily logistics and transportation operations in Salmiya, Kuwait. The role involves coordinating deliveries, handling documentation, and assisting with warehouse activities to ensure a smooth flow of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in arranging and coordinating deliveries and pickups.
• Support loading, unloading, and dispatch activities.
• Maintain delivery records and related documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and internal teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
• Provide warehouse/store support when required.

Required profile

• Valid Kuwait driving license (mandatory).
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics or store/warehouse operations (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of inventory and delivery coordination.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Customs clearance processes.
• Commercial invoice processing.
• Packing list preparation.
• Bill of lading handling.
