Loyalty Program Manager

About the role

The client, a global leader in cards and payments, is seeking a Loyalty Program Manager to act as a strategic advisor for a leading bank in Kuwait. The role focuses on driving adoption of the loyalty and customer‑engagement platform, delivering measurable business outcomes and fostering long‑term relationships with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Promote platform adoption and monitor usage, performance, and customer behaviour.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building trusted relationships across Marketing, CRM, Loyalty and Executive teams.
• Provide data‑driven strategic guidance, best‑practice playbooks and use‑case recommendations.
• Lead regular business reviews, status updates and coordinate internal resources to meet SLAs.
• Identify growth opportunities, drive cross‑sell initiatives and ensure renewal readiness.
• Collaborate with product, analytics and operations teams to prioritize roadmap items and address client feedback.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in cards product management, loyalty customer success, account management or enterprise SaaS consulting.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience integrating marketing, CRM, loyalty and analytics functions.
• Kuwaiti nationals are preferred.
