Mid-Level B2B Sales Executive – Influencer Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven, network‑connected B2B Sales Executive to drive commercial growth in the Kuwait market. You will pitch and sell high‑impact influencer marketing campaigns and agency services to top corporate accounts, retail brands, and marketing leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, target and pitch influencer marketing services to brand managers, marketing directors and corporate decision‑makers.
• Understand client objectives and present custom activation packages, campaign strategies and ROI projections.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of corporate clients to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Monitor content creator rates and competitor offerings in the GCC/Kuwait ecosystem to refine commercial strategies.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of proven B2B sales experience in Kuwait within marketing agencies, media houses or digital advertising services.
• Established network of business contacts, marketing executives and brand managers in the Kuwaiti market.
• Deep understanding of influencer marketing metrics (reach, engagement rate, conversion, ROAS) and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat).
• Native/Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Strong negotiation, contract closing, client presentation and strategic consultative selling skills.
• Proficiency in analysing influencer marketing metrics and social media ecosystem performance.
