Retail Store Manager

About the role

WABA International Commercial Company is looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead its store operations across Kuwait. You will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and in‑store promotions.
• Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate store employees to achieve sales targets and maintain service standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and replenishment while ensuring accuracy.
• Control operating costs, staff attendance, overtime, and store expenses.
• Review sales reports, identify improvement areas, and implement action plans.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR departments and support new store openings and promotional events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or a related field.
• 4–6 years of retail operations experience with supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple locations, work under pressure and flexible to retail hours.
• Transferable Kuwait residency preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with retail/POS systems.
