About the role

The Paints and Building Materials Sales Officer will be based on‑site in Shuwaikh and will be responsible for driving sales of our paint and construction material portfolio. This full‑time position requires active client engagement, quotation preparation and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales of paints and building materials across contractors, retailers and project owners.
• Handle customer inquiries, prepare accurate quotations and follow up on orders and deliveries.
• Visit existing and potential clients to present product features, benefits and technical information.
• Maintain up‑to‑date sales records, monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse and logistics for timely supply.
• Report market trends, competitor activities and sales performance to management.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve sales targets and support promotional activities and product displays.

Required profile

• Proven sales and customer‑relationship experience in paints, coatings or construction materials, preferably in Kuwait.
• Basic technical understanding of paints, coatings and building material applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities to plan client visits and prioritize tasks.
• Valid Kuwaiti driving licence and willingness to travel within the country.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
