The Occupational Therapist I provides therapeutic services to a diverse and complex patient population, working with autonomy and accountability. This entry‑level position supports professional growth while delivering age‑appropriate care in a day‑shift environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to a complex patient population with autonomy and accountability.
• Deliver age‑appropriate therapeutic interventions across the full spectrum of patients served.
• Maintain a day‑shift schedule (7:15 am – 4:15 pm) and fulfill an 80‑hour bi‑weekly work requirement.
• Participate in professional and departmental growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• Current Arkansas State Board of Occupational Therapy license or temporary graduate license.
• CPR certification.
• Eligibility for Level I career ladder requirements.
• Less than one year of professional experience is acceptable.

• Occupational therapy assessment and intervention techniques.
