Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead daily production operations at our Kuwait facility, ensuring safe, efficient and uninterrupted performance while supporting our goal to become a world‑leading green energy technical services company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily production operations to maintain safe and efficient facility performance.
• Develop and implement production plans to meet operational targets and optimise performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards and company procedures.
• Plan and supervise shift schedules to guarantee continuous production.
• Lead, mentor and manage production teams to achieve objectives.
• Monitor, analyse and report production performance data, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Respond to operational issues and emergencies to minimise downtime.
• Coordinate with maintenance, HSE and other departments to support efficient plant operations.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability and overall performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in oil and gas production or facility operations, including at least 10 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of oil and gas processing systems, natural‑gas processing, compression, condensate recovery and water‑treatment facilities.
• Experience with H₂S safety management, hazard identification and emergency response.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
