Operator & License Owner – Build Stranger Soccer in Kuwait City

About the role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Operator & License Owner to launch, manage and grow the Stranger Soccer platform in Kuwait City. You will shape the local football experience while leveraging the technology, processes and support from our Singapore headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Kuwait City
• Build partnerships with football venues and secure quality playing locations
• Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members
• Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and grow the community
• Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience
• Identify opportunities to improve and expand the local operation

Required profile

• Passion for football and a strong understanding of the local football community
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• Experience managing operations and delivering measurable results
• Background in operations, community management, or customer experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills
