Outdoor Salesman – Construction Materials

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Outdoor Salesman to promote and sell construction materials across Kuwait. The role involves building relationships with contractors and construction sites, expanding our customer base, and consistently meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Visit construction sites and meet with contractors to present product offerings.
• Identify and develop new customer relationships within the construction market.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to management.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Valid Kuwait driving license and personal vehicle.
• Minimum 2 + years of experience selling construction materials.
• Strong knowledge of the Kuwait construction market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
