Partnership Development Executive

About the role

The Partnership Development Executive will drive the identification, creation and management of strategic partnerships that enhance the company’s growth, brand visibility and revenue. Reporting to senior leadership, you will work cross‑functionally to secure mutually beneficial agreements with corporate partners, sponsors and key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and pursue new partnership and sponsorship opportunities aligned with the company’s strategy.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure long‑term collaboration and satisfaction.
• Prepare partnership proposals, presentations and negotiation plans.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring commercial and operational objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, finance and legal teams to execute partnership initiatives.
• Monitor partnership performance, produce reports and recommend improvements to maximize value.
• Represent the company at meetings, networking events, conferences and industry gatherings.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date database of partners, prospects and partnership activities, and keep the CRM system current.
• Support the development of sponsorship packages and partnership campaigns as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sponsorships or sales.
• Proven ability to negotiate agreements and manage corporate relationships.
• Bilingual – fluent in Arabic and English (reading, writing and speaking).
• Valid Kuwaiti driving licence.
