Physical Therapist I

About the role
The Physical Therapist I provides autonomous, accountable care to a complex patient population within the Physical Therapy department. This full‑day position (7:15 am–4:15 pm) supports patients of all ages while contributing to professional and departmental growth.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver evidence‑based physical therapy interventions tailored to individual patient needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care.
- Participate in department meetings and continuing education activities.
- Adhere to all regulatory and safety standards, including infection control.
Required profile
- Active Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy license.
- BS, MS, or DPT in Physical Therapy.
- Commitment to meet Level I career ladder requirements.
- Ability to provide care across the lifespan.
Required skills
- CPR certification (can be obtained after hire).
