About the role

The Physical Therapist will deliver autonomous, accountable care to a complex patient population in the BTC Jacksonville department. The role emphasizes professional growth and contribution to departmental improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic care to patients of varying ages, ensuring appropriate treatment plans.
• Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and patient safety.
• Participate in department initiatives aimed at professional and service enhancement.
• Adhere to scheduled working hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 7:30 AM‑5:30 PM; Thursday 7:30 AM‑11:30 AM.

Required profile

• Valid Arkansas State Board license for Physical Therapy.
• BS, MS, or DPT in Physical Therapy.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to meet Level I career ladder requirements.
• Less than one year of professional experience is acceptable.

Required skills

• Physical therapy clinical techniques.
• CPR proficiency.
