About the role
The Planogrammer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining planograms across designated showrooms. The role supports the merchandising team by ensuring optimal product placement and space utilization to enhance the shopper experience.
Key responsibilities
- Implement planograms in all shelf locations using planogram software.
- Recommend creative display changes to improve customer shopping experience.
- Manage retail space efficiently for assigned showrooms.
- Collect Phase‑in and Phase‑out briefs from product management and apply them in the planogram system.
Required profile
- University degree (Bachelor’s).
- 2‑4 years of experience in merchandising and planogramming.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tasks independently.
Required skills
- Proficiency with planogram software (JDA or similar).
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
