About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Procurement Coordinator to join our team in Salmiya, Kuwait. The role involves managing supplier relationships, processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to support our operations.
Key responsibilities
- Source materials and obtain competitive quotations from suppliers.
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments.
- Maintain procurement records, documentation, and supplier databases.
- Assist in inventory planning and procurement reporting.
Required profile
- Valid Kuwait driving license (mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply‑chain operations.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
