About the role
The Product Specialist will drive the full product lifecycle, ensuring that offerings align with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives. This role combines research, development, marketing, rollout, and support to deliver successful products.
Key responsibilities
- Research competitor products and analyse market trends.
- Design product features, processes and procedures to support development.
- Oversee the execution of product marketing plans.
- Implement product campaigns, promotions and sales tools; monitor product performance.
- Provide product knowledge and support to branches and internal teams.
- Report on product performance, trends and forecasts; identify improvement opportunities.
Required profile
- Experience in researching competitor products and market analysis.
- Proven ability to design product features and support development processes.
- Experience overseeing marketing plans and product roll‑outs.
- Strong communication skills to advise internal teams on product issues.
- Analytical mindset for reporting trends and forecasting performance.
