Production Operator – Paint Manufacturing

About the role

The company is seeking a Production Operator to join its paint manufacturing plant in Kuwait. The role involves hands‑on work on the production line, ensuring raw materials are prepared, processed, and finished products are packaged according to batch specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload raw materials and charge them into storage tanks.
• Prepare raw materials following batch cards and operate production machinery.
• Coordinate with the quality control team for final paint adjustments.
• Fill and dispatch approved paint products.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and adhere to safety procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum high school education.
• 3–5 years of experience in a paint factory or chemical manufacturing environment.
• Certified fire‑fighter and first‑aider preferred.
• Knowledge of forklift operation is advantageous.
