Project Coordinator – Pre‑Sales Engineering

About the role

We are looking for an Engineering Pre‑Sales Coordinator to support tendering and proposal activities for ELV, CCTV, power, electrical and infrastructure projects. The role reports to the Enterprise Manager and plays a key part in preparing technical and commercial offers for major enterprise and government initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Review tender specifications and engineering requirements.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, compliance sheets and technical proposals.
• Handle tenders for ELV, CCTV, Access Control, UPS, batteries, generators and data‑center infrastructure.
• Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers to obtain technical and commercial offers.
• Ensure all submissions meet customer and tender requirements and adhere to schedules.
• Support project planning, coordination and documentation.
• Assist the Enterprise Manager with business development and opportunity tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics or a related engineering field.
• 3–5 years of experience in engineering tendering or pre‑sales.
• Strong knowledge of ELV, power and infrastructure solutions.
