Project Management Office Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Project Management Office (PMO) Operations Coordinator to support the planning, execution and closure of telecom projects in Kuwait. The role will act as a central point of contact for project managers, customers, vendors and internal teams, ensuring that project information is accurate and up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project trackers, milestones, risks and service level agreements.
• Prepare and distribute regular management reports and documentation.
• Coordinate activities between project managers, customers, vendors and cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify issues and support corrective actions.
• Assist in project documentation, scope control and acceptance processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Telecommunications or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO operations or similar roles.
• Experience in the ICT/telecommunications sector is preferred.
• Strong organizational, reporting and follow‑up abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.
• Reside in Kuwait.
